What is the shelf life of your cakes?
We recommend that our cakes are eaten on the day of purchase for the highest quality, but they can last until the next day in the fridge.
How big are your småkager?
Our småkager are two mouthfuls, around 5cm in diameter.
How many småkager do you recommend per person?
We suggest a minimum of 3 to 4 per person.
How should I store my cakes?
Our cakes should be stored in the fridge, and taken out 10 minutes before serving. Items should be consumed within 2 days from the day of purchase.
Do you do cake customisation?
We can customise details like colour theme and logo. For logo customisation we need a minimum of one week notice.
Do you cater to allergies?
Yes, we have a range of cakes suitable for certain allergies. Our sales assistants can help you with any questions you have regarding allergies.
Do your products contain gelatine?
Our products contain fish gelatine
Do you deliver?
Yes, we do provide delivery services. Please refer to our “Delivery” button at our page footer below.
When can I pick up my pre-order?
You can pick up pre-ordered cakes during our shop's opening hours.
Do you take table reservations?
We do not take table reservations, but will always help to find you a seat.
Do you sell gift cards?
We do not have them at the moment but keep your eyes peeled because we will soon!
When should I place my event/ large order to get it delivered on time?
To receive a delivery on the day of your event, please place your order at least 4 days in advance! For example, if the order is received on the 1st of November, then it will be delivered on the 4th at the earliest.
How long can the smakåger last at room temp?
They can stand being at room temperature (preferably air-conditioned) for around 1.5h - 2h. We do not recommend presenting them outside (30C +) for more than 20 minutes.
Can I choose a specific amount of smakåger for each flavour? Or do they have to be distributed equally?
Our event package comes in sets (equal amount of each flavour) so that everyone can taste each piece. The amount per flavour can't be changed.
